This fun Pilates practice is all about mobilizing your body. Expect internal and external rotations, lots of hip openings, stretches, and strengthening exercises to finish feeling more spry. Highlights include Roll Down, Hundreds, 90/90 hip stretch, Leg Circles, Leg Sweep, Plank, and work with a ball to find space in your hips, piriformis, and shoulders.
