You'll support your practice and feel steady off the mat. Postures include Bird Dog, Locust, Lunge Salutation variations, Tree Pose, Gomukhasana, Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon), Warrior 3, and Side Plank. This class previously aired on March 20, 2024. This is the third class of Jason’s four-class Healthy Aging Series, designed to support longevity, well-being, and vitality as the body matures.
