Recommit to your practice in this strong, deep flow that builds mental resilience, fortifies physical strength and flexibility, and tests your balance. Start with Alternate Nostril Breathing, progress through a classical flow with standing postures, Half Moon, and Crow Pose, then finish in a brief Savasana with meditation to finish.
