This Hatha class builds proper strength and stability to encourage better balance in your yoga practice. Using a block, move through a steady sequence of standing balances, including Half Moon, Warrior III, Tree Pose, Dancer Pose, and Eagle Pose, then finish with Seated Forward Fold and Bridge.
