Challenge your strength, balance, and stamina in this gentle but effective fusion class that blends yoga with Pilates elements. Though focused on toning the lower body, you’ll activate a full range of muscles while mindfully moving and aiming for proper form. Follow a steady sequence with Lunge to Squat stretching, Three-Legged Dog to Lunge, Leg Extensions, glute exercises, and an inner thigh glider series.
