This mindful fusion series challenges your stamina while toning, stretching, and strengthening your entire body. Start with a slow warm-up followed by a yoga-Pilates-ballet-HIIT combination that includes leg work with ankle weights, Planks, thigh exercises, Bridge, and ab work.
