Throughout this class, practice having unwavering attention on your body and breath to elevate your awareness. “Awareness is the currency of your yoga practice,” says Jo. Start with a standing spinal flow leading into Crescent Sun Salutations, a standing balance sequence, and deep Forward Folds, a nice mix of movement and mindfulness.
