This unique class applies yogic principles and foundations to an Indian martial arts practice that shares roots with yoga. You’ll build heat and establish core strength in a challenging, sweaty flow that includes breathwork (Kalari Pranayama), Boat Pose Crunches, Chair Pose Squats, Sun Salutations, Half Split, Low Crescent, and Pigeon Pose.
