This challenging Barre-infused strength class works your entire body to increase your stamina, build core power, and help to bring better postural alignment. Grab a chair (or barre), gliders, and hand weights, then move steadily through Plank Walk Out, an upper body series, Curtsy Lunge, and a core series. This class previously aired on May 16, 2023.
