This is a great full-body cardio class for beginners, no-jumpers, or those that dread cardio! Keep your workout gentle on your joints while still getting a good sweat, burn, and elevating your heart rate. Start with a standing warm-up, then work through Squats, Tricep Dips, Push Ups, Plank Hold, Criss Cross, and Hollow Hold before finishing with a quick stretch.
