This strength class targets the entire back side of the body — not just your glutes and legs but your upper back and core, too. Work through a quick warm-up, then Lateral Shuffles, Arm Lifts, Glute Bridge, Deadlifts, Bent Over Rows, and Squats. Finish in a well-deserved Pigeon Pose to cool down.
