This class blends Qigong techniques with Yin yoga to help calm your heart and mind, creating a relaxing yet energizing practice. Slowly move through deep breathing, a spinal twist, healing sounds, Qigong exercises for the heart and lung channels, and shoulder-opening Yin poses.
