This prop-assisted Pilates class uses slow and mindful movement to build strength, increase stamina, and ignite your mind-body connection. Flow steadily through a Three-Legged Dog series, All Fours glute work, thigh exercises (side-lying and supine), and ab activation. Notice how to intensify each move by focusing on form.
