Elevate your workout by adding one yoga block to strengthen your entire body and build stability. Sweat through 4 six-minute blocks (40 seconds on and 20 seconds off) with one-minute of rest in between. Exercises include modified Squats, single-legged Bridges, Push Ups, and Side Plank variations.
