Focus on the Inner Thighs - Preview

This is a strong workout that targets the tough-to-reach inner thighs. Warm-up with squats, heel lifts, and presses using your ball then mimic the reformer with a towel, using sliding motions for deep, focused work. Incorporate your abs with side kicks and leg lifts then get a sweet stretch in happy baby. Props Needed: A small stability ball and a glider or towel.
