Handstand Prep - Preview

Handstand requires open hamstrings and shoulders and a strong core. This class will help you prepare to go upside down by working on all three. You'll learn proper arm alignment and watch a demo of the pose before practicing transferring your weight into your arms. Props Needed: A strap and block.
