Tuning the Instrument - Preview

In order to be of service in our work, relationships, and lives, we have to keep our body/mind instrument in tune. This steady, feel-good flow will begin with alternate nostril breathing and myofascial release for the hips and feet, then get moving with lunges and twists. Slow back down with backbends, hip stretches, and gentle forward bends, then end with a long, supported savasana and a brief meditation. Props Needed: A block, A blanket, and therapy balls or tennis balls.
