Rock The Block - Preview

Everyone loves a block party! This creative sequence weaves blocks into everyday yoga poses to challenge your strength and balance. Explore sun salutations with a block between your thighs, maneuver your block around during plank work, and practice playful jump-throughs from chaturanga. Next, head to the wall for handstand hops with your hands on your blocks for a little added lift. Props Needed: Two blocks and wall space.
