This strong, continuous flow will focus on strengthening the entire backside of the body, while lengthening the front. Begin with sun salutations to warm up, then continue to flow through crescents, warrior variations, one-legged down dog to one-legged planks, and an option to arm balance. Continue to develop balanced length and strength with backbends, then cool down before a final savasana.
