Beat the heat this season with a fluid practice to cool your body and brain. Balance out fiery pitta energy with soothing pranayama and moon flows, letting your lunges, cobras, and downdogs feel circular and liquid. Chill out in supported reclined one-legged virasana and supported bridge, allowing your mind to quiet so your intuition can take center stage. Props Needed: A bolster (or two blankets) and two blocks.
