Pilates Has Your Back - Preview

Work the entire backline of your body while keeping things gentle and slow moving. We'll start with the basics, then gradually ramp up the challenge, moving through modified swan, single and double leg kicks, and pike push-ups. You'll get a nice opening in the hips and chest, while increasing your strength and mobility.
