This fun, introductory class will walk you through all the basics of a yoga practice. Learn to connect your breathing to your movements as you explore foundational yoga poses and sequences, like sun salutations, downward dog, warrior II, triangle, and more. It's not easy to begin, but remember that yoga is simply about feeling enthusiastic to learn about yourself. With every class it gets easier and easier, so trust the process. Props Needed: A block and a blanket.
