Midday Refresh - Preview

Make this class part of your regular routine to help you find spaciousness and ease amidst even the most jam-packed schedule. It's also a wonderful way to peel off the day post-work and be more present for your home life. Settle into downward dog , upavistha konasana, and baddha konasana at the wall, luxuriate in supported child’s pose, then refresh your whole being with supported legs up the wall. Props Needed: Two straps, two blocks, two bolsters, four blankets, and wall space.
