By emphasizing the flow within each posture, this practice aims to bring depth to your breath and calm to your mind. Warm-up with surya a's, then transition into fun flows featuring tree, half moon, and crescent twists, while practicing jump backs and jump throughs to seated. Your practice will be dotted with strength-building reps, including pushing into wheel and half boat.
