Lotus & The Splits - For everyone that finds lotus and splits challenging and illusive, but wants to take baby steps toward these key postures. You'll unwind tension in your hamstrings, outer hips, quadriceps and hip flexors in a wide range of postures. Do core strengthening work to help stabilize the motion of your lower back, which sometimes compensates for restriction in the hips. Enjoy making headway in these postures. Props Needed: A block and a strap.
