This practice is all about the arm balance, flying pigeon or eka pada galavasana in Sanskrit. You can expect a good amount of hip strengthening work as well as opening to go deeper in this part of your body. Take this preparation to your hands for a little air-time. A small demo is given on how to get into the arm balance with a little more success and maybe even fun. Props Needed: Two blocks.
