Turning Inward - Preview

This fairly simple practice includes a lot of twisting, in order to leave you feeling released, relaxed and cleared. You'll experiment with some breathing techniques and one arm balance surprise. With less instruction and more quiet moments, this class will allow time to look inward and revel in your interior space.
