The focus of this class is on the Pituitary Gland, which helps to balance the ARC LINE or 6th Body in Kundalini yoga. This is a fun set to do when you don't have much time but need an impactful energetic practice to help you stay on track in your life. The kriya includes Maha Mudra which is a practice done with all three energetic locks (bandhas). It is recommended that you watch the tutorial on the bandhas before taking this class.
