This chest opening tutorial focuses on camel pose and all of its close friends and variations. You will begin in a chest opener on your back and get right into business. Two versions of camel are explored, followed by a camel drop-back, creative "pigeon droppings" and two versions of half camel. Get ready to open your heart, and maybe feel more energized in just a short amount of time! Props needed: A block.
