Kundalini Yoga outlines 10 light bodies of consciousness. This practice was created to bring balance to all these dimensions of you. Practice it to clear inner duality, and create the power to cultivate inner stillness and deeply listen. This is an all around balancing practice. It makes a GREAT 40 day sadhana (daily practice). Keep the final meditation going for 11 minutes. Meditation uses the mantra: Ek Ong Kaar(uh) Saa-Taa-Naa-Maa(uh) Siree Wha(uh) Hay Gurro. Don't be put off by the mantra, as the meditation is an excellent way to direct energy through the body. Prop Suggested: A blanket.
