This mixed level vinyasa flow is the first of seven classes in a series that break down the different components that make up a Vinyasa Flow class. These classes will look at proper alignment, fluid transitions, modifications and the use of props preparing the student to understand how to approach this powerful practice more mindfully. These classes can be practiced by beginners to advanced students to teachers who are looking for specific skills to offer their students.
