Practice your first 'kriya' - a gentle sequence to move energy along the spine, release tension and open you to a sense of calm and ease. Age is measured by flexibility in the spine: to stay young, stay flexible. This is a beginners class but is excellent to do any time before meditation. Please have a blanket on hand.
