Whether you’ve been sitting for long periods of time during the day or just feel like shaking things up a bit, this energizing practice will warm you up from head to toe. With a special focus on strengthening the back, begin in Bridge pose, then challenge your balance with single-leg Bridge variations. Supine Twist to rotate the spine, then pop up into Garland pose. Move through Camel pose and work up into a Standing Forward Fold. Heat things up with lunges, hamstring curls, and standing poses, then bring it back down into Upward Bow and Supine hip and hamstring work. Ease into Happy Baby and even happier Savasana.
