Mantra-Guided Vinyasa for Focus - Preview

As daily life becomes more uncertain, our need for practice has never been more urgent. This mid-paced, steady flow empowers the student through a strengthening Warrior sequence, sweeps stress away through clearing hip openers, and focuses the mind by calling on the ancient practice of mantra recitation. Invoking Ganesha, yoga’s “Remover of Obstacles,” this series harnesses the energy of both our body and mind, allowing you to emerge with clarity and confidence.
