Quickie Flow and Meditation - Preview

Short on time? Get your movement, breath, and meditation in one class. Warm-up briefly then ride the wave of your breath through sun salutations and an energizing sequence of poses including half moon, side angle with torso circles, modified side plank, and a lion’s roar in cobra pose. Close with seated stretches and a final meditation. This class was previously recorded on October 15, 2020. Props Suggested: Two blocks.
