I’m excited that you’ve chosen to deepen your knowledge of sequencing. I’m confident this course will keep your sequencing fresh, authentic and skillful. In order to get the most from this course, I encourage you to engage with all of the educational materials in addition to the video lectures and practices. Please print the sequencing template(s) for each chapter and sue them to create your own sequences based on their formula. The “Essential” practices for each chapter provide you with a thorough, balanced practice that focuses on the topic at hand. The “Express” sequences provide you with a 16-posture sequence that breaks down specific target postures. You can practice these sequences on their own or use your creativity to expand them into longer sequences. The Glo practice links provide Glo monthly subscribers with a curated list of my favorite practices for each chapter topic. I’m confident that this training will help you and your students have a safe, sustainable, effective practice for many years to come!
