This well-rounded, heart-opening class will take you through the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow yoga while focusing on the upper back, shoulders, and chest. You'll use blocks throughout your flow to help you gain extra length in strengthening poses. After building to a radiant camel pose, get low to the mat to enjoy a nice, long unwind. Props Needed: Two blocks.
