Wake up and wring yourself out as I share one version of my current personal practice that includes twisting and balancing postures to support morning detoxification. Poses include warrior one, twisting warrior two, twisting warrior three, twisting half moon, standing half moon and crow pose. The sequence winds down with hip openers, balances with backbends and integrates with a brief savasana (relaxation).
