Quick Relief for Your Shoulders, Lower Back and Hips - Preview

A targeted practice that brings you relief where you need it most: your shoulders, lower back and hips. Using a strap to open up your shoulders, practice reclined, seated and standing postures to help shed tension and leave you feeling more comfortable. End with a forward fold in sukhasana, with an optional savasana, if you have more time. A great practice to include in your routine for creating better body awareness. Props Needed: A strap.
