Many say that if they could only do one pose for the day, it's classic hanumanasana. A short, efficient sequence to get your hanumanasana on. Begin with thigh and hamstring openers on your back, leading into a few standing poses like standing splits and uttanasana. Repeat poses so you can gradually ease your way into a safe leap across your mat. Great to do as part of a longer full body sequence. Props Needed: A block and a strap.
