Quickly and easily drop into a refreshing meditation. Using five minute segments, prepare your body for sitting. Step 1 - lightly move your body with sun salutations and pigeon prep for five minutes. Step 2 - simple pranayama with alternate nostril breathing to further calm your mind and go a layer deeper. Step 3 - Take five minutes to rest in a deep meditation. Props Suggested: A bolster or blanket.
