Explore asanas like warrior 2, an active lizard pose, and playful core exercises that flow into hamstring openers and hip openers like pigeon and supported bridge. Feel a sense of steady strength in your muscles as you find greater range of motion. A great practice if you are short on time but desire going deep. Props Needed: Two blocks, a blanket and a strap.
