Use a bhavana, or creative contemplation, as a method for opening your chakras. Meditate on the enlightened qualities that arise when each of the chakras opens. Enter each chakra by feeling it kinesthetically, by visualizing it with a simple image, and then contemplating upon two powerful ideas that seed an experience of the fully blossomed energy in that center.
