Practice a simple, not so easy, technique for embracing true and ultimately radically complete acceptance. As yogis, you learn a multitude of techniques for focusing on the present moment. You can also get caught up in the techniques of constantly fixing and perfecting your body, your breath and even your mind. Here, practice sitting, ujjaii and the releasing of techniques to experience sweet acceptance. Props Needed: A blanket or bolster to sit on.
