Begin with opening your hips and core and encourage a sense of fluidity and inner connectedness. Through classic slow long holds, allow yourself to feel a full-body reboot. Even in stillness, you can connect to the feeling of your body like matter moving through water. Use the props as needed to allow poses to become more accessible.
