Connect into the back of your head, the back of your heart and your kidneys as areas of awareness, then help restore yourself through meditative movement. Begin with a meditation on your three areas of awareness and then slowly move through several standing poses. Finish with malasana (squat) and a short closing meditation. Props Suggested: Two blocks and a blanket.
