It is said that the root of lightness is heaviness. In yoga, when anchoring down into your bones, you can lift upward through your core body. Using hip flexion as a base for your practice, work your core, arms, and legs before taking flight. Also learn to press through your feet, sit bones and hands in order to generate strong kinetic flow through your entire body. Props Needed: A blanket, bolster and a strap.
