Emotions, environment, family, events, and work can all have a way of bringing chaos into our life and the lives of loved ones. A practice that will help you have your feet firmly grounded and your upper body strong and stable. Start with alternate nostril breathing. Then build strength, balance and flexibility in a slow moving all around practice featuring standing poses, balancing, squats, twists, hip and hamstring stretches. Finishing with a nice savasana.
