Your skin is the boundary between you and the world. So often the skin is constricted, dehydrated or numb due to stress and fatigue. You will expand and tone your skin in a slow moving practice by stretching your skin suit in yoga postures like child's pose, downward facing dog, triangle and seated twists. Props Needed: A block, blanket, strap and a bolster.
