Open with a pranayama that involves holding your breath out at the end of the exhale and then another pranayama holding your breath in on the inhale, activating Jalandhara Bandha. Using the awareness of your breath, move through sun salutations and standing poses to open your quads, hips, hamstrings and balancing asanas. Finish with headstand, lotus and lolasana.
